Meet our guest: Jovanni Godina
Jovanni Godina is a self educated photographer and entrepreneur. Never quite feeling like he belonged in the 9 to-5 world and always feeling like there was something more to life than just working Jovanni took the leap and started his own business. He went from a struggling C student (at his best) to starting and owning his own professional photography business to now creating an up and coming health and wellness brand (BeyondLMTS) for socially conscious entrepreneurs.” In his quest for knowledge and learning he knew that there had to be a better way to do business, a way that thought about the planet and its inhabitants and not just making money. Jovanni has made it his mission to help those who are using business and themselves as a force for good.
He’s felt the struggles, hardships, countless late nights and the never ending self doubt that plagues most entrepreneurs. With this experience and years of doing things the hard way Jovanni knows the importance in having someone guiding you. This is why he has joined his mentor and coach Steve Napolitan to help build a movement of socially conscious leaders who are thriving in their mission and in their life because with the right person guiding you he knows that at any moment you are just one step away from creating your success.
Meet our guest: Alvaro Dominguez
We are constantly making choices. The paths we choose and how we walk them influence the experiences we create in our lives and others’. Working with Steve Napolitan’s team gives me the opportunity to help people enhance their self-awareness of themselves, their business, and their vision. Through these processes, entrepreneurs develop a sustainable relationship with themselves and their work and create a greater impact.
I work with socially conscious leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives who are unsatisfied with the state of their business and want to transform it. Together, my clients and I make an honest and in-depth assessment of their current situation and objectives; we uncover blind spots hindering their business and personal wellbeing and reveal formerly unforeseen resources. Through our work, my clients reach a more articulate, clear, and congruent integration of their authentic self and their goals, while obtaining more of the results they want NOW.
To guide entrepreneurs toward success, I employ Transformative Neurolinguistic Programming (T-NLP), which I began studying in 2012. I have been a Certified T NLP Master practitioner since 2014 and served as teaching assistant for Core and Master program courses. I have also been providing private sessions since 2016.
My multicultural background and proficiency in both English and Spanish served me for seven years working in the tourism industry in Mexico. Credentials also include a Bachelors of Science in Aquatic Biology, Master of Science in Environmental Science and Management, nine years working for a major environmental firm, and seven years in independent environmental contracting. In my spare time, I enjoy sharing my love of culinary expression and bringing people together around great food.
