When I first got the energy and ability to walk, it was only for short bits. My calves are the first part of my leg that would start to lock up. I found that stretches before and after helped a lot.
I’ve also had to really listen to my body and learn my limits each day. Paying close attention has allowed me to recalibrate each day and continually improve.
Where can you watch and/or listen more closely for daily adjustments and improvements?
