Her education includes psychology, somatic coaching, mindfulness, and the Enneagram personality model. She is continuously inspired by Search for Common Ground, an NGO that works to build sustainable peace by ending adversarial conflict through collaboration. Jillia’s international experience with numerous global organizations bring a broad perspective and distinctive ability to transform individuals and deepen cultures within leadership teams and organizations.
