Terms and Conditions

Course Policies:

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may reschedule once. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any future Napolitan Inc. Course for up to one full year from your original course date. Call Napolitan Inc. at least 10 days prior to the event to reschedule. Previously rescheduled and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the course. Call Napolitan Inc at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $10 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

Per our satisfaction guarantee, if after attending the course you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within three business days of your enrollment date via email at [email protected]. Full refunds are authorized only within the above listed time frame. You must have attended the course to be eligible. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.

Event, Workshop and Program Policies:

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may reschedule once. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any future Napolitan Inc. workshop for up to one full year from your original workshop date. Call Napolitan Inc. at least 15 days prior to the event to reschedule. A $50 fee will apply. Previously rescheduled and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the workshop. Call Napolitan Inc. at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $100 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

For your benefit, we hold a no refund policy. After years of running these programs, we have found that people typically request a refund due to their own limiting beliefs, and the fears that arise when taking big steps toward one’s desired life. Holding to these terms conversely holds participants to their goals and dreams. Thus, many participants have thanked us, in the end, for not allowing them to give up, and many of them have gone on to be our biggest success stories.

With your approved application and enrollment form you are committing to the program. More importantly YOU ARE COMMITTING TO YOURSELF!

Unlike other programs we are not just accountability coaches. Once a strategy for your business and/or life has been designed, things may pop-up, slow you down or stop you. We will work together to move you past limiting beliefs and/or other factors, so that you can have what you truly desire.

On-Going Community Cancellation Policies:

If you would like to end your participation in our On-Going More Business More Life® Community, please give us a minimum of 10 day-notice prior to your next credit card charge date. This will stop future payments. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable charge.
