After buying his first investment property at age 22, Matt went on to found Vault Investment Properties; a real estate investment group located in Sacramento, CA that specializes in retail, multi family, and hospitality assets.
VIP has purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 200+ properties, in addition to Matt building his own passive income portfolio comprised of single family homes, multifamily, commercial retail centers, and a hotel in Lake Tahoe.
