Out and about with a serious beard.

Legs and feet are mostly back online.
I can walk for almost 1 hour. Success!

Arms and hands are mostly back online.
I can do a few push-ups. Success!

My face has been slower, yet I’m still seeing improvement everyday in the mirror. Success!

I have not shaved and this is the longest beard I’ve ever grown. I’m having fun playing with new things in my life.

Going out to eat was also a new success. It’s still hard to chew with my mouth closed, so I’ve been a private eater.

Going out to eat was another milestone in my recovery. I did use my hand and napkin to cover my mouth more than a few times.

I’m grateful for all the progress and new beginnings everyday.
