Shakespeare in the Park. ART! I love art.

I know I have neglected to give more time to artistic activities in the past and I went to film school. I love watching performances, listening to music, looking at art and talking about art of all types.

For me, giving time for art, both to create it and observe it, opens my mind to new thoughts and remember old thoughts. It’s a time to contemplate what the artist was feeling and communicating, while thinking of my own life.

Try giving more time for art in your life and see how it feels for you. Maybe watch a movie, go to a play, concert, art gallery or create something yourself. Maybe try creating and observing.

Attending Shakespeare in the park with my family overlaps a lot of things for me. Time to relax in a park, time to view folks performing their interpretation of Shakespeare’s script, time with my family, getting some sun, talking with others about the story content and reflecting on my own life.
