I’m extremely grateful for my family!

Most of them are more private than I am, so you don’t see them much. They are there, big time.

They showed up in amazing ways for me during this time of change and healing.

For me, at times, I have questioned, am I loved? Have you had these thoughts?

For me, I think I was moving so quickly. Doing this and doing that. This can really blind us. It blinded me, from what is right there.

One of the great gifts Guillain-Barré Syndrome has given me is to truly know in my heart that I am loved. Those closest to me showed up in such loving ways. Helping in ways I would not have imagined prior to this. This started with my family and extended to many friends.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Knowing you are loved is beautiful. I appreciate you all so much. I love you too. 

My best advice is to slow down and notice all the love around you. It can be big things & people in your life. Who have you not thanked enough?

It also can be the person in just a small moment at a store or while you are out-and-about with a small gesture of kindness. That is love too.

Love is all around us…. Do you take time to notice?

I know, I did not, till I slowed down. Then you notice… you are loved! 🥰
