This Oak tree is so strong and it doesn’t work hard to do so. It just is.

I think many of you know I really love nature. It helps me breath. It helps me calm down. It reminds me that this world is bigger than my daily problems. It reminds me my worries and stresses are small.

If you are stressed, challenged and/or feeling worried today, find some piece of nature and give it 10-15 minutes.

Relax and breath.

This particular Oak tree, has been a great support for my life. I’ve meditated under this tree. I’ve sat with a cup of hot cacao and stared at it. I’ve been shaded from the sun under this tree.

I’m grateful for this Oak tree.
