A new phone will only give you ONE day of good use if you never recharge it. Why should we treat ourselves any differently? Entrepreneurs can have the hardest time stepping away from the grind long enough to relax and recover. Today, mindfulness expert Leticia Reyes joins us to explore the importance of giving ourselves permission to relax and reconnect with ourselves. We’ll talk about how slowing down – not relentless productivity – is actually the key to becoming wiser, more productive, and more creative business people. It’s time to find power in the pause!
