My wife and I like to enjoy a cup of hot cacao outdoors. We enjoy the peace and energy nature gives us. It’s a great place for us to discuss our lives. What’s working, what’s not working and what we’d like to experience next.

Experience is a key word here. We often make goals and plans, then go for it. When actually I’ve found it’s best to ask myself what experience I want.

The desired experience sets the tone for our life design and then we make our plans to have to.

Maybe, take 5 or 10 minutes today to think about one of the experiences you would really like to have in your life. Then ask yourself what ways can you include that experience in your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually life plans.
