You’ve got more to do than there is time. So you put your head down and grind. More hours. More doing. And somewhere in there you stop seeing the path. You’re moving so fast, it’s easy to miss what actually matters.
The fix isn’t speed. It’s the pause.

- Stop before you sprint. The pause is where you see the path. You can’t perceive what matters at full speed.
- Prioritize, then fill the time. Decide your hours first. Prioritize the the highest-value work. Don’t let the work eat every hour you have.
- Delegate the stuff that drains you. That task you don’t want to do? Someone out there loves it. Holding onto it can cost you the whole business.
- Put yourself first, on purpose. Oxygen mask on you first. Take care of you, and everything you touch gets better.
