Going out to eat was also a new success. It’s still hard to chew with my mouth closed, so I’ve been a private eater.

This Oak tree is so strong and it doesn’t work hard to do so. It just is. If you are stressed, challenged and/or feeling worried today, find some piece of nature and give it 10-15 minutes. Relax and breath.

My Face, my face, my face…
It’s starting to come back online, yet I’m still not able to blink on my own and not able to close my eyes fully without using my fingers.

Meditation has been a part of my life for over 15 years now. It has been such a positive addition to my life.
So often, when we think of our health, many of us think of exercise and diet, when actually, I think, mindfulness is the bigger game changer of the three.

Knowledge is power. How is that powerful? Knowledge is about Knowing & Leveraging: gaining the right information and using that information. A lot of people know what to do but only a few actually do what they know.

As my body comes back online, it has been a process. My hands and arms come first, legs and feet second, and my face is trailing behind.

As I watch the fire, I can’t help but think about change. Fire is a symbol of change. It’s force literally creates change, some would say devastation. Is it devastation or is it just different? Is it both? Maybe it’s perspective.
